In this chapter, we will learn key terms of Statistics and Probability. We will classify data and introduce different sampling methods. We will also discuss the two main types of statistical studies and understand the main features of a good statistical study.
By the end of Chapter 1, students should be able to:
- Recognize and differentiate between key terms.
- Apply various types of sampling methods to data collection.
- Create and interpret frequency tables for categorical and quantitative data.
